This group meditation experience will begin with basic body movements and next the group will learn a pranayama breathing technique. Finally, we will review the basics of meditation and conclude with a group meditation.

Learn to bring presence to movement and see what we discover outside. We will begin this 1 hour walking meditation experience with basic body movements and then learn a pranayama breathing technique to use during the walk. After a brief discussion on walking meditation we will commence with a silent meditation walk.

Web Based Guided Meditation

Provide meditation as a benefit to remote employees or as an extended wellness option. This one hour web based meditation experience is the same format as the group meditation.
